quick heal block the ping request how to enable the firewall rule ?

Problem:

• ping with someone pc get request timed out message

Answer :

1. Basically quick heal antivirus installed system firewall controlled by quick heal antivirus

2. Some of inbound and outbound rules are blocked by antivirus
3. open the quick heal product antivirus go to internet & network option
4. click right side setting option in firewall protection
5. Go to advance setting configure option6. select traffic rules tab and add new exception name allow ping under ICMP

7. Select next Default any ip Address go to next and select all check box in ICMP setting click finish and come back network connection tab

8. Turn off all network profile stealth mode is off finally save the configuration close the antivirus

9. Finally ping request timed out problem is resolved.
