- First check the services are properly started or not, if they stopped then restart it and then update QH
Services want to check: Agent server7.1, client agent7.1 and dns client
- If the problem is not solved then update using run command QUICKUP
- Still the problem is persist then delete the temp files in following location and then try to update
C:\Program Files (x86)\Seqrite\Endpoint Security 7.1\Admin\temp
- If it is also not working then finally reinstall the admin console in server machine and update all client machines.
