Seqrite antivirus update error

Error : While update the antivirus it shows following error

Detected: EE:Generic.MSIL.Ransomware.Jigsaw.3A2C6AA7 in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Seqrite\Seqrite Endpoint Security\tmpbkup\nvhrscn2.dll

Action taken: Repaire

Solutions :

    1. Log in to Seqrite Endpoint Security Console Page 
    2. Navigate to “Clients” Page
    3. Choose “Manage Policy”
    4. Open available policy, under “Scan Settings” Scroll down to the bottom of the page 
    5. Add below locations under “Exclude Files and Folders” by choosing “Add”
    6. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Seqrite\*
    7. C:\Program Files\Seqrite\Seqrite\* 
    8. Do the Same process for all available policy
    9. Also remove the above exclusion after completion of successful updates in client machines.
